Careers

All employees are responsible for the health, safety and welfare of all of the enrolled children.  We are a cell phone, weapon and smoke free facility.  Each employee must submit to random drug testing throughout their continued employment.  Employees must have their own vehicle and must drive to and from work.  All employees are required to daily engage in light housekeeping and must be able to lift over 50 lbs.

Careers listed below are positions within our company.  We list all positions so that prospective employees can see that there is room to advance within our company and so that parents understand we are not the typical child care facility.

We are not hiring for all positions listed.  All resumes are kept on file for at least 12 months and are reviewed when a position becomes available.

Center Director

Business Manager

Curriculum Specialist

Nutritionist

Kindergarten Teacher

The Kindergarten teacher is an effective decision-maker who fosters and facilitates the academic and social-emotional development of the children.  The Kindergarten teacher will plan, implement and assess lessons while building a partnership with kindergarten families.


Lead Teacher

Teacher Aide

The Teacher Aide is helpful, caring and a good listener who is able to implement the vision of the lead teacher to ensure the continuity of curriculum and a high standard of quality in the classroom. Caregiver
